Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, promotions, or high order volume, processing may take a little longer.
Estimated shipping times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location, the carrier, and order volume. Estimated delivery after processing:
- United States: 7–20 business days
- Europe: 7–20 business days
- Rest of world: 10–30 business days

Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order. Any free shipping promotions will be displayed on our website or at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email when tracking is available. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to begin updating after your order ships. You can track your order anytime on our Track Order page.
Incorrect shipping information
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we'll help if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, contact us through our Contact page and we'll do our best to help you with the next steps.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue, and we'll make it right.
